Currently only using the criteria 'lose weight' there are 7,291 questions and answers on Answers already. Mis-spell it as 'loose weight' and you get another 2,048! 'Weight loss' will add another 1,528. 'Too fat ' 12,704 and overweight 2,2126. 'Diet Pills' 518 . Do you spot a pattern here?
Here comes the only answer, no tricks, no pills, no short cuts, If you really want to lose weight, loose weight, not be too fat or overweight, follow these instructions carefully:-
1) Eat less
2) Take regular vigorous exercise
Continue to repeat 1+2 for ever!

it helps, but not as much as FDA-approved products (like Alli)
but the truth is, if you use the patch, it's not a miracle. nothing that boosts your metabolism or curves your appetite really makes a difference.... at the end of the day, its just a matter of calories in and calories out. eat healthier foods in modest portions and exercise. if you do any weight loss plan WITHOUT those two practices, it'll be useless.

im 15 n i tried it last week n i diddn think it did, i think its more physocolical than anything, it always unstuck and i diddn't loose any wieght, but some people have said it works for them so give it a try but remember to cancel your membership in the first 2 weeks otherwise it takes ??30 out your bank every month for new patches.

i dont think it will, it tells you to stop do certain things whilst on patch and its them things that are gonna make you lose a bit of weight not the patch hun
