I eat healthy and exercise, but I need something to boost my metabolism a little more, as it's getting harder to lose weight (comes with age). I went to GNC and between all the different options, the guy recommended Xenadrine Detox. I can't take anything with too much caffeine, so Hydroxycut was out. Has anyone taken Xenadrine Detox? Has it worked for you? What are the most common side effects you experienced? Or, have you tried something else with low caffeine that's worked?

Well I have taken Xenadrine before and it worked wonders for me so I am sure since Xenadrine Detox is through the same company then I am sure it will work just as good.
