Ask:What dose of Topamax did you start noticing weight loss
2008-06-05 08:13:01I starting taking 100mg of Topamax for migraines. It you lost weight on Topamax, what dose were you on and how long had you been on it? And what was your start weight and how much did you lose?
Also, I take it in the morning, but I've noticed a lot of people take it at night. Is it supposed to be taken at night?
Answer:What dose of Topamax did you start noticing weight loss
2008-06-05 09:13:50I take it at night because it says that one of the side effects may be potential drowsiness, so I started taking it at night to be on the safe side because I drive to work in the morning. It doesn't really matter if it is taken in the a.m. or p.m.
I started noticing weightloss when I was on the 25mg dosage after about a month. I lost 10lbs. I am on the 50 mg dosage now. My weight hasn't changed. I take it for migranes.

2008-06-05 23:54:28I am on it for weight loss. I started at 25mg, then 50, now 100mg. I take it at night, but am going up to 200, and will take 100 at night and 100 in the morning. I have only noticed a little tingling in my fingers. I have consistently lost a couple of pounds a week, for a total of 10 pounds so far. Sodas taste gross and I have no cravings. I am pleased. I wonder if it works better in the morning as well.

2008-06-08 16:59:42Been on it a week and 3 days so far...lost a total of 4 pounds so far. I take 25 mg in the morning and 25 mg at night...50 mg all together. I'm going to switch both at night now because it's starting to make me really weak and tired through out the day. But yes I noticed weight loss within a week.

2008-06-08 07:35:34The best and most natural way to drop excess poundage
effortlessly, with no drugs or exercise, is to abandon your
cultural diet and move toward the natural diet for our species.
The human species is a frugivorous ape, with a genetic
distance of only a mere 1.6% different than our closest
genetic cousin, the chimp. Obviously, this difference is
mostly concerned with physical appearance, certainly not
digestive biochemistry.

Thus, humans should consume mostly juicy, undried fruits and
occasional vegetables. like the chimp.
