    Drink Water to Lose Weight.
Water is an absolutely essential element during your fat buring program or diet.
The reasons you should drink water to lose weight are simple. On average, water makes up 60% of your total body weight. Additionally, your muscles consist of approximately 70% of your muscles. Therefore, drinking sufficient water is necessary to keep your body functioning efficiently.
If you fail to take in enough water each day, your body thinks that it is entering a period of drought. As a result, your body reacts by storing as much water as possible to get through this drought.
This extra, stored water leaves you looking and feeling bloated. This is not exactly the look you are after if you are trying to lose weight or get 6-pack abs.
Therefore, you must drink water to lose weight. The extra water signals your body that the drought is over. Your body will cease to hold excess water in reserve.
You must drink water to help weight loss!

There is just one thing that is essential to weight loss, and that is: burn more calories than you ingest. That??s the key.
But it should be important not only to loose weight, but also to mantain or improve your health, and that??s where it gets more complicated, because then you have to have balanced and nutritious meals, workout sensibly, drink enough water and maybe even try some kind of stress-control therapy, or deal with any emotional issues you may have.
Anyway, returning to the water issue, you shouldn??t overdo it, because too much water and not enough minerals can get you sick. But drinking enough water helps you not only get hydrated, but also makes you feel full, and hopefully less hungry. Good luck!

Here's a fun thing to think about. A food calorie, or 1000 scientific calories, is the amount of energy it takes to heat one kilogram of water by 1 degree celsius.
Well, suppose you drink a 16 oz (standard water bottle size) cool drink at 35 degrees fahrenheit. This is about 1 degree celsius. Also, 16 ounces equals 454 grams, which we will generously round up to a half kilogram. Therefore, one food calorie will heat this water by two celsius degrees. Since our bodies will heat this water to about 98 degrees fahrenheit (37 degrees celsius) before urinating it, thats a difference of about 36 degrees.
Divide this by two, you get 18. Therefore, you are guarenteed to burn at LEAST 18 calories from that drink, if it is calorie free. But dont worry, you will burn many more from the drink in other ways too. The fact that it may have prevented you from eating a high calorie food, and that it will help flush your system a bit, contribute to remove even more calories.
Just a fun little thing to think about that makes it easier to drink more to lose weight.
Also, if your having trouble drinking enough fluids, i would recommend Diet Coke. It may not be as healthy as water for you, but if it works it will be much safer for you to be at a normal weight and this will outweigh the costs.

Very important. Many times people misinterpret their thirst as hunger and eat instead of just having something to drink. Water also helps curb your appetite. If you go for walks, stick to water and don't have any soda or sugary juice, eat lots of fruits and veggies 5-6 lbs should come off pretty easily. I lost 35 lbs by just not eating fast food.

Yes, it is very important, even without weight loss, were made of so much percent of water, and our body needs it to function. It drives out all the impurities and germs in our bodies, which helps us to shed weight as well, but don't overdo it, you can have too much of a good thing, 8 glasses a day is plenty. But that depends on how active you are, you should do some exercise. I have a hard time losing weight, but that's because diets are not my friend, and I've got this health problem that causes me to be really sick if I go on fad diets, so I eat normal, try to exercise, drink water and if I'm blessed I lose a pound or two. Some people loose weight faster than others, I'm not one of them. But eating less portions does help out.

This is what i learned during wrestling:
water=weight, and 1 bottle of water (16.9 oz.) is more than 1lb
    I lost 21lbs in 4wks like this, but i felt like !#@$
So if you only care about the scale, then no, less water is better, but the best way to lose weight is to burn fat by running after an good workout, so target body areas. If you want to get your stomach in shape, then do a good ab workout and then run a few miles, it'll work wonders if ur consistent, im not lying, lots of people run first like in the morning, and while you do still burn fat, it does not target the area as much as you would like it too, so if ur just looking to lose weight overall, then just run very often and lower your portions when you eat, but dont necessarily change what ur eating if u only need to lose 5lbs then u probably are lucky or just have a good diet and are already in pretty decent shape

Yes. Water is required to convert ATP and GTP (body's energy currencies) into usable energy. This energy is needed for everything in the human body.
Also, by drinking water, it is easier to avoid drinking high sugar drinks.

etox is the best way to loose excess fat from ur body for ever
These new habits help you keep the bloat off and lose more weight.
It???s well known that today???s secret of most men and women for successful weight loss and maintenance is the Medifast
weight loss program. The first and best way to burn fat is to modify your current diet. There are three simple ways
you can begin to modify: reduce calories, reduce sodium, and reduce fat. For example, by substituting a glass of
water for a carbonated beverage, you can cut approximately 150 calories or more, depending on how much is consumed.
Even if it were fruit juice instead of water, you would still reduce calories by approximately 50 - 100..
what causes these unwanted gains in weight and bodyfat? There are three possible reasons this can happen:
    (1) Eat late at night (2) Exceed your normal caloric intake (3) Lack of exercise or physical activity.
The best way to speed up your metabolism is through cardiovascular (using the heart) exercise. Weight
training is perfectly fine, but isn't needed to burn fat. It is best to do cardio on an empty stomach.
The second best way to speed up the metabolism is by increasing meal frequency. Instead of eating 2 - 3
meals per day, try eating 4 - 5 small meals per day, or 3 meals and 2 healthy snack meals.

yes of course.water works wonders for your body.in simple words, when you take in water, your body has to raise the temperature of the water to bring it to the normal body temp.in doing so,the body utilises calories.so that helps in weight loss.but dont rely on drinking water alone.but yes,it will definitley help ,provided you put in the right amount of exercise and healthy meals.
