2012-02-01 23:21:32 +0000I'm a 15 year old girl, 5ƌ'' and 180 pounds. I really would like to be down to 135-150 at the end of March. So, about 2 months. I have just started taking fat burner pills and I run everyday. I have basketball practice in the morning 5 days a week, then on some days, I come home, run for 15 minutes then do a workout I found in Seventeen Magazine. I really want to lose belly fat most. I have a lot of fat under my breast that I would love to get rid of first.. Then just stomach fat, and inner thigh fat. What else can I do to lose my weight goal before April? :/ I need anything with fast results!

2012-02-02 00:12:14 +0000You are only 15, don't take diet pills. I used to work in the industry and i wouldn't recommend you take them. Every diet pill, (i.g. Adapexin-P http://dietpilluniverse.com/diet-pills/adapexin-p/), will tell you that you must be 18 years or older.
-Eat a balanced diet
-Don't eat late at night
-Don't eat carbs for dinner (i.g. pasta and bread)
-Eat a good breakfast (OATMEAL! YOGURT! EGGS! )
-Exercise! Take a 30 minute walk twice a day and do crunches every other day.
