Eat more slowly.
Get rid of the Soda and Starbucks.

2007-01-03 14:10:51I think that you should drink eight glasses of water a day, eat healthy foods, only eat when you are hungry, exercise twice a day. Morning and night. Crunches, sit ups, run, or go and buy pilates, aerobics videos to help you. To me I don' t think there is a faster way to loose weight. This helped me and I think it can help you.

You might benefit from thinking through your motives to lose weight and find the strength this commitment requires, or you will be disappointed and feel badly when you don't get results as fast and as easily as you planned.
