    I really want to lose weight by september maybe between 5 and 10 pounds. Any ideas?

    Keep under a 1500 calorie diet. Don't ush yourself too hard that's a while for the amount you want to lose. Try jogging in the morning and get fiber in your diet. Stick to fruits and stay away from harmful carbohydrates like too many breaded items, if you do some cardiovascular activity and keep your diet clean you will just keep losing, slowly but surely.     To do it safely you need to exercise and watch what you eat. Try and avoid products with high fructose corn syrup in them
    if you can stay on a healthy diet and avoid the junk food while exercising with 20-30 minutes of cardio along with some weight training 5 -10 pounds should not be a problem as long as you have that much excessive weight to loose

    Low carb diets work, and if you do it correctly it will come off fast! I lost 15 pounds in one month, and that was all I needed to lose.
