2008-01-06 01:16:56Im eating healthy every day, i cut out junk food, chocolate and pop drinks months ago, ive lost weight and i weigh 92 kg and im 6ft 1-2, but the thing is my stomach is still chubby. I exercise quite frequently and im wondering why this stomach weight will not budge! Please advise!

2008-01-06 01:25:24Ummm could be the type of exercise you do. You need to be doing cardio work outs to work off fat. Which means at lest 30 Min's of walking, jogging, bike riding, swimming etc each day. Try and mix it up and make sure you are keeping your heart rate up while doing your cardio. It could also be how much you are eating you really need to work off in exercise what you eat to lose weight.

2008-01-06 01:32:48The stomach is ALWAYS the last to go down. You have to concentrate very hard on exercising your stomach to get it to budge even the smallest amount. Sit-ups or other stomach exercises are all you really have to attempt to combat it. Unless you go see the doctor :)
