2007-06-25 16:46:17the only thing you can lose in a week is water weight - cut out carbs, all processed foods, alcohol, sodas - basically all you can eat is meat and veggies. drink a lot of water.
dont do this for more than a week - any diet you cant stick to long term is not gona give you permanent results.
