    i have a tip that works on me..
    i always drink water before eating ...
    two or thee cups are enough because the stomach is already full and u cant eat too much......and the best is that its a natural way to loose weight, without any pills and this crazy hipocalloric diets
    it really works....i've lost like 10 lbs in a little period.

    Drink alot of water and try to eat foods that don't have that much calories but that are healthy. bottom line eat less calories and water.

    4' 11" and 94 lbs would give you a BMI (body mass index) of 19. A BMI of 18.5 (91 lbs for you) is as low as you can go before you're underweight-- and that's unhealthy. Stay where you're at. If you want your body to look better, try lifting weights.

    the only thing you can lose in a week is water weight - cut out carbs, all processed foods, alcohol, sodas - basically all you can eat is meat and veggies. drink a lot of water.
    dont do this for more than a week - any diet you cant stick to long term is not gona give you permanent results.
