2009-01-30 04:37:28i am 17 y/o, 5ƈ and i weigh 150-160 lbs. how can i lose 30-40 lbs. until june? i really, really want to achieve the body that i have always been dreaming of. i would really appreciate it if you could give me an effective weight loss plan. i am open to almost any suggestion diet, exercise.. anything. but i don't think i can give in to weight loss pills. i think i am too young for those. thank you so much for your help! :))

What you need to do is take your current weight(150-160 LBS) x 10 = 1,500-1,600 calories (for you), and 150-160 x 2 = 310ish. 310+1,500-1,600 = around 1800-1900 calories a day = take away around 500 so eat around 1300-1400 calories a day should make you lose 1-2 lbs per week.
Just exercise, and eat lower calories, youll be okay.
