2008-03-25 12:29:54from tommorw im going to start my fat loss programme i need to loose 4 inches of my waist im 38ins - 5ft 11 - weigh 97.5kg - im male.
i plan to wake up - do 40 mins of cardio low intensity fat burnign zone - every day - i ve just buyed this machien for my bedroom -
is this ok - i have no other equipment i have no tiem to go gym or run round the block i hate runnign my legs hurt too much - i love the elllipcatl trainer..
then i will start eating helthy bran falkes in the morning, healthy salad and pasta at lunch and ligth dinner - salad and chicken fruit for desert before 8pm.

2008-03-25 12:40:01I think your plan is a pretty good start, however it's been proven that by varying your workout between muscle workouts and cardio, you will loose fat quicker.
If you don't have all the fancy equiptment, that's okay, you can do exersizes that don't require equiptment like sit-ups, push-ups, squats, etc.
