What evidence are you talking about? I'm sure you have none because both statements are ridiculously untrue. Tell me, if diet and exercise doesn't work to lose weight then what does?

Exercise build's muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. Calorie counting is effective if you do it correctly.

I'm sure that not true. BUT muscles weigh more than fat. And exercise = muscles. So it might seem like you stayed the same weight but your fat percentage has gone down!

much easier to eat less than it is to exercise more.
counting calories is useless as well? i've got 5months of experience which is evidence to me that it is effective.
so exercise and eating less(which is what counting calories is) are not effective according to your evidence which i quess means that magic or a miracle would be the only effective way to lose weight.

My wife lost 84 pounds in one year by changing her diet and exercising. That would suggest that your evidence is incorrect.
