2012-02-02 20:51:24 +0000Dan,here is something to consider.It took time to gain the weight and it will take time to lose the weight so be very patient.When you do your exercises give yourself 30 minutes and divide your time into 3 equal 10 minute segments.Side Straddle Hop-- Squat Thrust--Mountain Climber that's it for now.Enjoy and peace be with you.
