I lost 15 lbs using hydroxycut but is there something more advance out there?

the only thing more effective that i know of is ephadrine, often call ephedra-blah.
however it has been banned by the FDA in america and banned in UK.
it is most effective taken in a stack, with caffine and asprin.
it is possible to buy online, but i really wouldn't recommend it cos you cannot tell how pure it is, or the safety standards in the countries that produce it. i have heard many stories of people using cheap eastern european stuff and having terrible problems with it.

first thing, get up off of sofa...try jogging some thirdly watch abe lounger commercials on every other channel at night...
