    Hey im nearly 15 years old and i weigh nearly 150lbs.
    I'm really serious about losing weight but i don't want anyone i know to know that i want to or i'll just get teased,so i need things that won't give me away but things that will really work..if that makes sense haha..and i need to lose the weight before July if that could be possible. I need to lose alot but even about 30lbs would be fantastic if i could reach that far...
    Can anybody PLEASE help!

    well, before i begin 150lbs isn't that bad depending on how tall you are. people tend to look at the number on the scale and not how fat their body actually is. so if you're tall and weigh 150lbs that's probably okay, but if your short 150lbs could be a lot of weight.
    first, keep in mind it takes time to lose weight, it took a while to gain all that weight and it will take time to lose it. but the main thing is don't get discouraged, it will come off.
    1. cut the junk food. and i don't mean cold turkey. you'll never stick with it, if you do it that way. if you tend to eat a lot of junk, try cutting it down to one junk food snack a day. start integrating healthy food, such as veggies and fruits into your diet. whenever you feel like you need something sweet(like a piece of candy) reach for sweet strawberries or grapes instead. also, try and add lean meats, such as turkey, chicken and fish into your diet. THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!!!- YOU CAN STILL EAT ALL THE FOOD YOU LOVE, JUST IN MODERATION. this is a common misconception, but just because your on a diet doesn't mean you have to give up everything.
    2. start and exersise routin. for your health(weight loss or no) you should get 30 mins of physical activity ever day. to maximize weight loss, try 45-60mins a day. to make it even more effective work on a different part every day and make sure to do a warm up, and a cool down. for instance, you could take a brisk walk for 5 mins to warm up, then jog for 30mins, and finally walk a normal pace for 5-10 mins. since you targeted your legs, butt, and abs that day, the next day you should concentrate on another area, lets say arms and upper back, so you could do push ups, and pull ups. the key is to rest the part you worked the day before, you your not sore all over. DON'T FALL FOR EXCERSISE MACHINE JIMICKS. the normal exersises, sit ups, pull ups, push ups, jogging, are still effective. you don't need stupid cluncky machines.

    exercise is always the best start! go running everyday
    and if you dont want people to know.. then say something like your going to walk the dog (if you have one).. and go for a run and drag the dog along everyday.
    everyday, as soon as you wake up and go to bed... do 50 crunches.. they get so much more esier to do the more you do them.
    if theyre hard for you, then do them in 10's and after like 30 seconds of rest, do the next 10.
    obviously eat healthy.. and cut out ALL junk food!...
    dont have pig out days because you will put all the weight youve lost back on before you know it!
    just cut out all junk and after a week you wont miss it at all! =D
    drink A LOT of water! the bottle should become your best friend! carry a bottle of water with you everywhere you go! even if its just to the shop!...its the best thing you can have!

    diet and exercise.....get people involved it will help you in the loong run, u need those people there to keep you motivated when you just want to give up. its going to be a lot of hard work but if our serious i know you an do it. good luck

    u gradually start showing some interest in sports and atheletics in front of ur family members and then u go for jogging and for playing, then nobody will smell something unusual. then u ask ur parents to let u join a dance class or start playing games like basketball and cycle a lot. stop eating fattening food and dare not talk about losing weight in front of anyone!!! all the best!
