    I know this sounds terriable. But I am going to Florida in one week(2/1/08) and I would love to lose at least 5 pounds(maybe 10). I am healthy and know I will put the weight back on. I work out and eat healthy but I have not lost weight in a while. I am 5ƍ and 150 lbs. PLEASE HELP THANKS(and please dont answer if you arent answering the question, thanks)

    Decrease you caloric intake slightly, and increase exercise as much as you can. You will lose weight.

    Not going to happen. You can really only lose water weight, not fat, in those amounts in that time period. If you want to lose water weight you can dehydrate yourself. You'll weigh less but look exactly the same.
    You could probably change your workout routine (intensify and double up with two workouts everyday). Do that and you could probably lose three or four pounds.
