-Go into your kitchen and throw away ALL of the junk food that you have. I'm serious. If you feel really bad for wasting money, donate it to a local shelter. But this will have such a tremendous impact on your life, and NO money in the world can replace your health.
-Replace everything in your shelves with HEALTHY foods
Fruits: Apples, berries, oranges, pears, melons, peaches, etc
Vegetables: Leafy greens, cauliflower, carrots, etc
Carbs: Whole grain bread, brown rice, oatmeal, etc
Dairy: Fat free yogurt
Protein: Fish, chicken, egg beaters
-This may not sound very appetizing to you right now, but in time you will learn to LOVE these foods! Fruit is SO delicious and good for you at the same time. If you EVER want to eat something sweet, then you have total permission to pig out on any of the foods listed above. Just cutting junk food out of your life will cause you to lose weight.
