    Yes I already eat right. I eat little to no sweets. No soda's. I do exercise when I am not running after the kids, dealing with work, taking care of the house, going to each of the kids events etc... So I'm looking for a quick fix since my high school re in coming up. I've already lost weight compared to high school, but I want the WOW you look damn good for having 2 kids effect. Any suggestions?

    Breakfast is the most importand meal- so make sure to eat a healthy one!
    you dont have to worry about eating too much breakfast as long as its healthy.
    dinner is the meal where you should try to eat less since you wont need all the energy (your just gonna sleep). Try not to eat any meals after 6.
    and tea and fruit is realllly yummy if you feel that you need something before you go to bed.
