my waist is 32 inches but i want it to b 27 inches by 3days! I know there are health risks but i am desperate! i am entering a contest and that is all the time i have. oh and i also want to keep off the weight after i stop the diet and eat healty

This is an unlikely goal, but you may try one of those body wraps at a high-end salon. It will run you $100-200. Make sure to drink plenty of water afterward. It eliminates the toxins, etc. from your boy. Ask the asthetician who does the procedure about the expected benefits and results.
If you tried this with diet and exercise you would not see the results in 3 days. Next time give yourself 3 months and do it the healthy way.
