OK, this one is for my wife. We are getting ready to go to Las Vegas but my wife has some pounds to shed (so she thinks) before we go. I need to find FAST weight loss program or product that is also natural and healthy weight loss.

... what i mean is there is no such thing as "fast" AND "healthy" they don't go together. weight loss requires consistently making the best diet and exercise choices. for it to be lasting and healthy... it will take time
