I once won a dieting contest at work, my focus was no more soda's(I switched to diet soda), cut back on sugar, and try to eat cabbage as often as possible. I would make wraps with them instead of using bread, also make a veggie soup with it. Cabbage pulls all of your water weight out. It really works.
