    Ok wel i'm a person who never ran before in his life but until recently i weighed myself on a weigh scale and i weighed in a at a whopping 320 lbs (I know right? so embarassing) and top it of i'm 6,2 in height and i started running today and i ran 6 laps today and one heart rate lowering lap do you think thats good for starters (keeping in mind that i'm a gastrapod lol) and what should i start eating because i'am trying to fight my cravings for food and i eat like pizza, popcorn, doritos, hotdogs kraft diner you name it spahgetti steak and the whole nine yards but i heard drinking lots, and i mean lots of water is a plus for losing weight what would you suggest (if it helps i lift weights lots and i have 17 inch biceps and i like to do squats deadlifts lunges and bench presses but what other exercises would you suggest, please? i need alot of help because i want girls to notice me) i know its shallow but still what other option do i have right if any?

    Eat a couple of grapefruits every day. Use unhydrogenated coconut oil for cooking - it burns fat. Stay away from all wheat products, especially anything made with white flour. Have at least one green salad every day. Don't consume anything with artificial sweeteners. Eat raw nuts and seeds. Too much water is harmful, but do drink a few glasses of water an hour after you eat. Eat very slowly, and chew your food until it is a liquid before you swallow. Don't eat for four hours before you go to sleep.
