right now I'm 13 yrs old, 140 lbs, 5ft 2 and I'd like to weigh about 110-120 lbs. Any good foods that help with weight loss or a good excersise to target the belly and-or legs?

It's good that at your age you are concerned with good food choices. If you want to lose weight and keep it off stay away from all foods that metabolize into sugar. Also stay away from sugar itself. Many sweets are available today including soda sugar free. Stick with meats and greens to make you lean!
