2012-02-03 20:21:48 +0000I need to lose weight!! I work out at least 4 times a week, cardio and weight lifting, and eat fairly healthy. I do not eat fast food and eat alot of vegetables. I know what i should not be eating, but what SHOULD i be eating to help with metabolism and weight loss? Are there any certain types of foods/drinks/vitamins that will help with that??

Add cayenne and cinnamon to foods that you cook and avoid processed food. If it wasn't once living or growing somewhere then you probably shouldn't eat it. Don't deprive yourself and enjoy a favorite food once every week or two and don't feel bad about it. When you eat something choose a variety of colors. If it's white such as white bread, white rice, potatoes, etc it will spike your blood sugar and also convert to sugar which converts to fat. Make sure you change your workout routines every month. Switch between types of cardio and try new weight lifting exercises so you can challenge your body to change.
