    I started with the Alli program, and today I started doing exercises and eating well, I went to the gym, and I used the "walking machine" for about 17 min, and another one that I don't know whats it call, is for the legs and arms .... for about 10 minutes.. i just got home and I'm so tired!! LOL well, I don't care if I have to exercise a lot, but I want to loss weight to look better and feel better, also i have ceremony in two weeks and I want to look different...
    what do you recommend me to do, how long do i need to exercice? is anything natural that make me feel less hungry?

    Good job on the exercise.
    It may be that you are starting to exercise, and have never done any vigorous exercise--that is why you are feeling tired.
    A hour of exercise for five days a week is good. Try running on the treadmill. Start off slow and gradually increase the speed, or you can bike. Biking is a good exercise. Seems like you have access to the gym, you can work out different body parts.
    Try to incorporate more protein into your diet, or fiber. Each makes you feel fuller longer.
    Try to keep a low fat diet, and a diet of 1200.

    u shud start at leas 20-30 mins a day! u will defently c the improvment

    As long as the time frame is between 15 to 30 minutes, you'll do just fine. Eat fruits and veggies will help immensely giving your body what it needs to burn the fat and calories and replenish your body after excercising. Rest for your body is also key, you don't wanna over do it. Drink plenty of water to keep everything flowing.

    You should exercise for about 3 hours a week but you must also be on a diet that won't make lose weight fast because you will gain very easily the weight that you 'll lose. Besides it is dangerous for your health to lose weight fast. Good luck.
