Save your money there aren't any. But buying the products you are just making the company richer.. Best thing to do is join a gym, attend weight watchers, keep yourself active and eat the right foods, lots of veggies & fruits.

cut sugar, white bread, fried food , and soda from ur diet !! have lots of milk , fruits and whole wheat bread and lots of hot water boil little gingerin it in ..add honey ...don't heat honey, its toxic when heated ....
