    Well I am taking this diet pill called lipodrene and have been seeing results every week. was wearing a 5x now down to a 3x and have been taking the pill for five months. But if you do think about taking it consult your doctor first to make sure you are able to take it. Then add some excerise to it and you should be happy with the results.

    well, it seems like you and I have the same problem. well, you should do what i do, excersice and diet. well, not diet, just eating poorly-moderate, people say its bad but its not. excercise too. work on different parts of your body that are fat. like your belly, try yoga. or legs: try aerobics. IT REALLY DOES WORK!

    Healthy eating and excersize. Just take my advice and DO NOT go to the gym. They're just like all cell phone companies...all they wanna do is rip you off. Yhey don'tcare about the service, they just want more money. I suggest you start swimming laps at some pool, and jogging and biking early in the morning for about 2 hours there, 2 hours back. it seems like a long time, but the results are great!

    Sell your car. Barring that, pretend you don't have a car when you get home from work. Point being...walk/bike when you can. Listen to your ipod. It can be relaxing.

    You are able to eat anything, but make certain it is as close to the original food as you can get. Preservatives in our food help to put on pounds. Eat organic food. Trader Joe's is a good place to shop. if you have one nearby. This store is inexpensive and the food is delicious. Organic stores are expensive, but in the long reun you save money. You will become very healthy, and will look great..lose many pounds. Butter, nuts, whole milk will not make you fat. Have you ever wondered why you do not see many obese people in other countries? Most countries do not allow transfat. Food lobbyists are preventing our food laws from being changed. I learned this from my congressman.
    I speak from experience. I was obese, had HBP, diabetes, high cholesterol, etc. I could barely walk. I was depressed. My doctors had no answers. I began an Internet search for my symptoms. Eventally, I leaned what the problem was...FOOD. I am now totally healthy, 62, size 5, have more strength than my daughter, and look 15 years younger today than I did one year ago. I do not watch calories. Also, for your benefit, look up "alpha lipoic acid.' You may be amazed.

    i have lost ten pounds in the last 30 days by walking each night for an hour and a half, some nights longer. and it's not as boring as i thought it would be. i always prefer jogging, but at my weight that is not feasible. i need to keep healthy as my job requires a lot of physical movement.
    i think during these walks, about my past, my future. i observe things: people, nature. i get a little freaked out at fast cars or smoggy ones, or dick-heads with extremely loud music blasting. i try to pick the most scenic streets, and quiet ones, and i try to complete my walk before the sun sets too low, because i hate when sweat dries. i feel like i want to sweat all that bad stuff out of me, and then jump into a shower still sweating a bit.

    mainly though, i try to imagine the latest projects i am working on in my spare time coming to fruition. i write, and play music, so i need all the help i can get with creativity.
    i feel so very good, even though i am still fat, i feel great. i can see the difference with clothes on. clothes off is a little more depressing. but i know i can keep this up. against my shrink's advice i have weight goals. i wanna be down another 20 pounds or so by mid-october as i am going to a convention in l.a. and i want to look or at least feel my best. it could be a life-changing convention if i can pitch some of my ideas to some hollywood big-wigs. then goal #2 is to be down around 199 by year's end.
    i walk, i breathe deeply the fresh air. i talk to cats, i say hello to people. i can't stand when you say hi to somebody, and the jerk just walks on past. get real, dude, i'm a fat walker, not an exercising mugger.
    oh, and i watch what i eat, but i am not extreme about it. i buy loads of fresh fruit of many colors, and have switched to wheat from white bread, and i leave the mayo off my sandwiches. a few little sacrifices oughta do the trick for ya. oh yes, and i knocked out soda pop, but i will reward myself with maybe a 12 oz. can or two per week. i try not to eat any junk food after a walk, or to eat anything after say 6pm.

    (and look in a local paper to see if there are hikes in your area on weekends. they are a great way to learn about the earth you live on, and to meet like-minded friendly people who love nature and staying fit.)

    Hoodia has worked for me...and with no side effects.
    Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.

    1. Have a normal sleeping pattern.
    2. Cut the crap food (greasy food, fast food, fried food)
    3. Eat 4 to 6 meals a day and never get 100% full.
    4. MOST importantly excercise it bumps up your metabolism.
    5. Wanna stay interested in losing weight? just take a before-after picture and when you realize you're being more healthy and full of energy, you'll continue.
