i eat healthily and excersise regularly, just want to lose some extra pounds that the above wont shift! anyone got any good suggestions of pills/patches or anything readily available in british shops? ta!

redline and caffiene. if you want a magic pill then you'll usually end up getting amphetamines.
methamphetamine, and ciggarettes all work the same as that magic pill. So I would recommend exercise rather than a pill

As with all weight loss pills, proper eating habits and regular exercise are important in achieving your goal. Expend more calories than you consume for success. Remember these products are not endorsed by the FDA (except for lipitrex I think), so check with your physician before taking any supplements.

Pills and/or patches are not a good solution to losing weight. You could try smaller potions, even though you think you eat healthy take a look at what you really eat & how much. I know i did & was surprised at the potion sizes, far too big for somebody my size.
