    this is my plan, i am about 40 lbs over weight. starting monday for the first week i plan to cleanse my system. by eating lots of fruit, veggies, drinking water tea and just eating healthy over all. afther that week i plan to continue eating healthy and start walking on the tread mill for another week. the thirdweek i plan to start jogging and so on and so on. is this good start?

    YES! :D try raw food diet. its helps and healthy. and it cures my addiiction to foods. :)
    search about it or juice fasting. they both helps! :D

    that is a great way to slowly improve yourself
    i applaud you b/c most people would jump right into the running and its those people that end up stopping early
    but you plan is seriously a great idea.. it will take a while w/ this plan to see weight loss but it will definitely work in the end.
    esp if you continue it through the summer.. you will b a new person by the new school year
