Invest a good exercise machine. But when buy one careful to buy what you want, I mean if you want sexy ab buy something like Ab king Pro. At the moment I am using it and it gives good result. And if you want total body workout you may buy something for that. It is better to visit your doctor before doing exercises.
And you have to take less fat, low calorie diet which rich with fruits and vegetables. Combining both low calorie diet and exercises you can have the desired body shape. Do not try any fat burning pills. They are not work in healthy way.
