IS there any like online buddies to lose weight with ... Like if i am having a food moment and need someone to kick my butt back into shape when i need it. I just think having someone else going through the same thing would be helpful???

I got a ton of support at www.sparkpeople.com. There are different teams and groups to join, bulletin boards, or you can exchange personal messages with other "sparkers". It's a great site.
