If you eat proper things and not too much then you should be healthy and not fat.
There are some that will be fat no matter what they do partly because of the genes from their parents and if they were fat when a baby/ If this is not you then eat what you need for health.

I know, that's weird, but I promise if you do a little reasearch on it on google and wikipedia, u'll be suprise at what Dance Dance Revolution can do for you! I gained weight (muscle weight) from doing Dance Dance Revolution, and I am sure you can lose weight from doing it! Some other tips are...
    *make smoothies at home
*take a walk in the park every morning/afternoon (nite time is kinda dangerous)
    *drink alotta water
*do sit ups, curl ups and push-ups everyday (maybe 10-15 each a day)
*If you must eat at a fast-food restaurant, try to ask for substitutions (instead of fries, get a fruit cup)

Here are some of the things I live by:
    - Drink 2-3 litres of water a day
    - Eat fruits on a daily basis
    - Exercise regularly (pilates, yoga, cardio exercise, etc)
To gain stamina, it's best to start jogging slowly and increase the distance when you feel confident :)

Don't do too much too fast. You'll burn out and give up.
My best advice for you is aim to eat more fruit and vegetables with your meals, as snacks, or buy themselves. If you eat enough, and properly, you won't crave as much sugars and fatty things.
