I take it! Its called methylphenidate and i take 20 MG twice a day and eat 30 minutes after i take it. side effects i get are anxiety, problems sleeping if i take it too late, and small loss of appetite. my weight has been pretty much the same but i have been on medication for adhd for 8 years. its great, not too strong so i dont seem like a zombie like i was when i was taking concerta 54 MG and strattera makes you go crazy so never take that. and if you have leftover pills you can sell them to high schoolers to snort!
