I read up on the net but have got mixed reviews... ??

I tried them for a month and did not lose any weight although i did eat sensibly.My best advice is save your money and go for a walk instead.Regular exercise and sensible eating is the best advice i can give you.Good luck!

I tried them had a reaction to them and went deaf in my left ear.

yes i have tried them dont work at all, only diet and excersise works unfortunately

I have tried them but did not notice any effects, but have tried other herbal diet pills which do work.

i tried them and found that they didnot work have you tried water balance tablets because sometimes if you carry a lot of water you will find it hard to loose weight you need to loose water retention first

I didn't lose any weight, but I gained a lot of trapped wind. If you wish to be rocket-propelled everywhere, they come highly recommended! :-)

I tried them and they didnt work - My friend spoke to her doctor about them and he said that they help water retention which is why they claim to help you lose weight but they dont do much else
