im using it right now, but im also tanning. is that bad? please help me. what else should i do? and how fast does it work, if it even works..

I've never used it but sadly its doubtful it can work..the logic behind it just is not psossible in this universe at least. If it did work then everyone would be thin which isnt the case.
I find the best way to loose weight is to cut the eating habits and really stick to it religiously..You got to get angry and really want to otherwise no gimmic will ever work..trust me, ive tried everytihng...well, except those pills :D but now i am lean and in shape...only way to do it was to get angry and cut back on the junk food and never looked back.
I'm just reading the comment below mine in regaards to them saying they tried it and lost weigth but i am suspicious about that claim but nonetheless try it out and see how it works but i am betting big the only true way is exercise and cutting calaries..

Don't take diet pills. They are not regulated by the FDA and therefore don't have any standards to keep. Tanning, and diet pills. Do you smoke too?? Take care of your body and don't take diet pills, just eat smarter.
