I currently am taking injections of hcg three times a week. I started the injections along with a nutrition plan in October and have lost 31 pounds. I've not had any side effects from it myself... there are a few good websites out there if you google "hcg and weight loss" or "hcg and obesity". I personally don't do the one you will read alot about, the injections and a 500 cal a day diet! That to me, is starvation, and I get my hcg from a Bariatric MD and not over the internet etc.
