    Yes, I'm aware if you eat too much fat, you will get diarrhea. I would be extremely careful not to do this. PLEASE, SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY!

    I took them for a while, but although I cut down on fat I still had diahorreah. They need to be used with exercise and dietary control (all elements of diet, not just fats). They can be very effective.
