It will make you lose a few pounds initially, but if you are purposely not eating when on the medication then that is not going to help you at all. When I was on Adderall I didn't want to eat at all and thought it would be beneficial for my weight. In the end it slowed down my matabolism greatly and I ended up GAINING weight. I suggest that you eat even if the Adderall is diminishing your appetite. The most important part about losing weight is EATING.
