I wanna buy the Release Program but its costly from what I have seen, has anyone else took this and what side effect have you had with it?

From what I have read there is a few side effects as the person noted above people have lost weight on it mind you 60 lbs in 6 months is only 2.5lbs a week and almost any diet will do that if your BMI is high.
I noticed with the release diet they get you to drink a lot of water, and then they recommend a bunch of exercises, thats were your real weight loss is coming from.
If you want to use a diet pill (only suggested for BMI of 27 or higher) check out Proactol, it has no side effects and stops upwards of 27% of dietary fat intake as well as curbing your hunger.
