Just want to know if it helps or not

I tried them, and I'm really not sure....
I know that doesnt help, but if they did do anything, it wasn't obvious, and looking back, I think it was probably wasting my money. But who knows? Maybe it keep me that little bit more focused mentally, so in the long run it did help, but in a different way than anticipated.
What have you go to lose tho? Apart from money, and excess weight? )
