Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals. Do not go on fast or starvation diet.

It was advertised about 1 or 2 months ago as CiTrex. It was the same ad, same address to send your cheque to just different name for the product. The address is just a ups post box for them to collect the cheques from. There's no phone number, website, or any other way to contact them. They dont take credit cards so that you cant charge back the payment.

If Litrex works in 1 week (15 pounds for the first week) why don't they give your money back before 6 months if you are unhappy?! If you want your money back after 6 months or let's say you have not received your pills at all, whom and how you are going to contact?!!
