Someone mentioned to me they lost weight with this one, but i haven't noticed anything yet. Are you suppossed to take them on an empty stomach or with food? And does anyone know of something that is much better or that has worked for you?

Well my wife just picked up a bottle after our friend told us about it.
My friend noticed that she got light headed when taking two. I'm not sure if she was doubling up, or if she meant just after her second dose.
but she did say that if she ate first she felt fine.
From what I've read you are suppose to drink a glass of water after taking it.
Today was my wifes first day with it. She really really noticed a boost in energy.
She still hasn't adjusted her eatting pattern. She let herself get very hungry today by not eating breakfast and going over six hours till she ate dinner.
