Has anyone had success with this? Would it work in combo with the nutra system diet plan?

I have not, but what Alli does is punishes you. If you eat any fatty foods, you expel them in the form of a nasty orange oil that leaks from your poop chute. It basically forces you to eat healthy so you don't make a nasty stinky mess.

it is absolutely disgusting. i took one of my sisters and nothing happened..then 2 days later i was leaking this sick orange oil stuff for 2-3 days and it smelled worse than anything ive ever come in contact with. id rather starve to death.

I cant smoke pot but you people can chug down speed, dont kid yourself w/ brand names if you take those you are as good as a meth head. Why dont you just not eat so much and move around a little more? I wouldn't mix speed w/ processed food that denies your body of nutrients, but maybe that's just me.
