It's really a rip-off. Very expensive, and like the person above me said, you're basically restricted to eating their food for the rest of your life if you want to keep the weight off. You're much better off dieting on your own.

My aunt (who is not picky when it comes to food) tried the nutri system program and said, "the food was horrible." She tried giving the food away to her sister-in-law and she didn't like it either. The food ended up in the garbage before the week was up.

My girlfriend tried it for a few months. She grew to like the food and lost 17 pounds. Ultimately she ended up stopping due to the cost, and the fact that we went on vacation for a few weeks and she couldn't bring the food with her so it threw off her diet.
Though while she was on it she was very happy with it

i think its GREAT if you dont care about the cost then go for it because it will make you lose weight I'm SURE i lost 54 pounds with it from January till now.If you wanna lose weight really go for it

ive done it. it works but the food tastes bad after a while.
