2008-01-29 07:56:02I have been on a diet that used Xenical pills, whose trade name was Orlistat, they were blue pills perscribed by the doctor. They do work if you use them properly, I lost a stone ad a half in about a year, not that much I agree, but nothing else shifted it and I did not have to starve myself. You are supposed to eat no more than 20g of fat per meal, and take a pill, the chemicals in the pill bind with the fat and stops it being absorbed by your body. The main point of the pill is to re-train you into eating foods with less fat in, if once you finish them you go back to your old bad eating habits, the weight will go back on. I'd say to give them a go.
