Should herbal weight loss

I am on the third day of the Cleanse and it definitely cleans your colon. I don't recommend being away from a bathroom for long periods of time. It also has seemed to help with your appetite. I haven't weighed myself and I haven't seen a visible difference yet, but there are 4 days left. It definitely wouldn't hurt to try, but I am still unclear on how much it actually helps.
