I'm thinking about joining a summer boot camp and would like to hear back from anyone who has tried it. I haven't exercised in a long time and don't want to sign up for the program and realize I am way too out of shape to keep up. I'm a size 14, 167 lbs. and 5ƍ - and definitely not naturally athletic. I'd love to hear what some fellow non-athletes thought of their experience. Thanks! : )
