yes, many people have trouble staying on it because.......well.......no other way to say this, but it makes you poop like crazy. It removes the fat from your body and you will poop oily stuff. But yes, it does make you lose weight.

I had a friend who used it, and lost 30 pounds in 3 months
with it. She complained about stomach cramping with it after
a while, and switched to something called Block and Bind, that she got from GNC. She has lost another 10 pounds on this, and says it works the same, but with less cramping.
I am getting ready to try the Block and Bind myself. Hopefully it will help me as well.
