I know that the ones that claim to burn fat and trim you down without any effort on your part don't work
I'm just looking for a good appetiite supressant so I won't be as hungry during the day
Trimspa for example....anyone use this and find it effective

I have never tried Trim Spa, but I have done "The Fat Flush Plan" by Ann Louis Gittleman, its not a appetite suppressor, it is a lifestyle plan, you can buy the box of supplements and her book for $70.00 and it works, if you are true to it and do the plan. I did it fo 2 weeks and lost 14 pounds, it is really affective for women and cellulite. But men can also do it, I highly recommend it. go to www.annlouis.com and also found in eBay too, but make sure its hers! ~Wendy

I use "total control", its the best thing I have used for suppressing my appetite and I have tried quite a few. Its only $40 for a months supply too. It has helped me to lose 25 pounds in the last three months. Try www.myhealthabcmall.com, the service and producst are great. Plus you can get advice about the products from the nutrition guy there and about your diet and health in general. The guy there was honest enough to tell me that there isnt a single product that will stop all cravings but got me onto this one which has taken away about ninety percent of my cravings. I hope this helps.

    Here is a suggestion.
Read up on ADHD, online you can take the test to see if you are ADHD. If the test tells you that you have ADHD, go to your doctor and get some medicine for it.
I was originally on Concerta, great for my ADHD, but I recently switched to generic Adderal which is not as good for ADHD but excellent for curbing my appetite.
Only take this route after taking the test and confirming your ADHD with your doctor!
The weight loss part is a definate plus on top of the benefits of helping me with my memory problem!

I found a great way to lose weight fast and keep it off. I do body cleansing. I lost 13 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. Cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. Impurites come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives etc. The impurities get stored in the fat in our body. To shrink the fat, we have to get rid of the impurities by cleansing. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. To learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. Cleansing was good for me. Good luck whatever you decide to do! http://losebigweight.com
