I have tried weight watchers, curves, and numerous diet pills. I joined an actual gym. Curves was for women who wanted to workout but didnt put much effort into it. My sister in law lost 70 lbs on weight watchers but she exercied too. I started cutting out soda, grease, fast food. I ate salads, drank water. I didnt eat after 6 either. The only thing that is going to work is diet and exercise. No more junk food my friend. That is particularly my drug of choice. (and it is a drug). That is the only thing that is going to work so dont waste the money like I did until I realized I needed DIET AND EXERCISE.
